Savills is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our South West Architecture and Building Surveying team. Based out of Exeter, you will work on specification, tendering, contract administration and project delivery from 30k to 2m, with residential and commercial surveys.
You will prepare schedules of condition for leaseholds, undertake inspections and maintenance schedules, carry reinstatement cost assessments, provide defect analysis consultancy, and help grow our client base.
