The Team Administrator/coordinator will be providing day to day administrative support to the UK/EMEA Bids and CRM team. They will have previous admin experience and be able to work in a busy environment, supporting the teams where necessary. The candidate will also need to show initiative, be self motivated, efficient, reliable and have a high level of attention to detail.
The team administrator will be a crucial part of Savills UK/EMEA bids and CRM team and heavily relied upon for the smooth running of the teams. Whilst managing regular team meetings and wider diary management, the administrator will be involved in bid-related activities, such as managing bid timetables and meeting schedules, as well as helping CRM team with client related activities as well as being the team’s Dynamics super user.
