This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our Talent Development team, joining a small team of coordinators primarily to ensure the smooth running of all aspects of training planning, event management coordination and logistics.
As part of the Talent Development function, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our strategy which is to develop the capabilities of individuals, teams and divisions, aligned to organisational goals and to ensure that a diverse range of talent is attracted, retained and supported to reach full potential.
You will be working alongside Talent Development Coordinators training partners and programme managers to ensure our training events and interventions run as smoothly as possible. Ensuring good financial management practices, adhering to principles and values. We work closely as a team, partnering with our colleagues across all HR functions, Event management: Scheduling events, liaising with facilitators, booking in speakers, venues, and catering; Posting course content and review.
Delegate management: Acting as a point of contact and assigning learning content to delegates attending training programmes. Ensuring they are fully aware of upcoming training events and all necessary details.
Learning Management System support: Managing learning plans and content. Uploading recorded workshops, reviewing content and updating attendance records. Creating and managing notifications and reports.
Support the L&D strategy with a best in class service: Ensure the smooth operation and high performance of the Talent Development team.
Finance regulator: Working with external suppliers and internal programme managers to ensure all invoices and recharges are processed timely and in line with best practice.
