We are looking for a motivated and efficient Saturday Assistant to support our Tunbridge Wells Lettings team. Your responsibilities will include conducting viewings on Saturdays, providing office cover, using email and telephone to handle enquiries in a timely manner. A full licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings on Saturdays
  • Provide office cover by answering emails, telephone calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently
  • Meet prospective applicants and clients at properties for viewings
  • Showcase clients' homes and highlight the benefits of the property and its location
  • Liaise with tenants and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
  • Work to a busy and time‑sensitive schedule
