This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Estate Agent to join a thriving sales department, led by two experienced Directors, each with 20 years at Savills. Your day-to-day workload will be varied and largely office-based agency work. On the sales side, this role will focus on everything from registering buyers' requirements, to arranging viewings, obtaining and delivering feedback, negotiating and agreeing sales, and seeing them through to completion. On the marketing side, you will assist with booking market appraisals, following up on instructions and helping out with organising and drafting the property details, as well as dealing with our client AML requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Be a first point of contact for buyer and client enquiries
  • Creating new applicant files, maintaining and nurturing buyer relationships, through our extensive database
  • Contact warm leads via email and telephone (circa 65% of the role)
  • Update the pitching team with leads for both active buyers and prospective vendors
  • Register and qualify potential buyers to understand their position
  • Coordinate third party requests such as surveys
  • Update solicitors and agents on chain details
  • Occasional local property viewings
  • Marketing support - setting up property files in readiness for advertising, including completion of due diligence in line with AML/KYC Savills Policies, coordinating & working with our clients and third-party brochure companies, organising property previews for the office based and viewing teams in readiness of advertising.

  • Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner fitting of a Savills representative
  • Comply with Savills' Code of Conduct and Policies
  • Supporting the Office Manager with reporting and achieving KPI's
Qualifications
  • Previous applicant management/negotiator experience is ideal, along with marketing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
