An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estate Administrator to join our Rural Management team. You will be responsible for supporting the management of a wide variety of residential properties. You'll be based out of our Oxford office, and your focus will be in the following areas:

  • Data Management and system support.
  • Property compliance and health and safety.
  • Instructing contractors and works.
  • Tenancy Management including liaising with clients and tenants.
  • Lettings administration.
  • Management of utility accounts.
  • General admin duties.
  • May accompany property managers with onsite inspections or viewings.
  • May also be doing a small amount of business support but only as a minority part of day-to-day role.
