Role Overview
Lead UK credit control strategy across tenant portfolios, overseeing the full lifecycle, collections, and compliance with internal and RICS standards. Manage, mentor and develop a high‑performing team, aligning regional leads under a central function. Act as a key bridge between Credit Control and Surveying, strengthening collaboration on arrears, mitigating risk, and driving cash flow and revenue performance.
