Savills is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Associate Director / Lead Consultant to play a pivotal role within its Global Residential Development Consultancy (GRDC) team, a market leader in the branded residential sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead development consultancy assignments, including client engagement, project management, and report delivery.
- Drive business development activities, including pitching, winning, onboarding, and managing client relationships.
- Manage team resources and oversee project allocation and delivery.
- Support departmental financial management, including P&L oversight.
- Produce high-quality consultancy reports and proposals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance, oversight, and mentorship to junior team members.
