We are seeking an experienced Director to provide high-level strategic advice to clients across a broad range of energy and infrastructure technologies, including onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage. This senior role will play a key part in shaping and growing Savills' energy offering, working closely with some of the UK's most significant landowners on their energy transition and net zero strategies.
The Director will lead and oversee the negotiation of option and lease documentation for proposed renewable energy and energy storage projects, ensuring commercial, legal and strategic objectives are met. You will also be responsible for leading strategic site search and evaluation activities for a diverse client base, drawing on strong market insight and technical understanding to identify and deliver high-quality development opportunities.

- Minimum of ten years' experience within the renewable energy or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of leadership, project management and client relationship development.
- Strong market insight and technical understanding of energy and infrastructure technologies.
