Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate utility data, process invoices, resolve queries, and support reporting to deliver reliable, client‑focused energy service.
- Assist Client Managers in delivering a first‑class energy service to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support effective client‑management strategies and contribute to overall growth and success.
- Partner with Property Management’s Sustainability and Commercial functions to help manage and develop a customer‑focused Energy and Utility service.
Qualifications
- Experience within the utilities sector, or a related field.
- Comfortable using and interpreting data and working with a number of software systems; excellent IT skills.
- Strong organisational skills and communication skills.
