Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate utility data, process invoices, resolve queries, and support reporting to deliver reliable, client‑focused energy service.
  • Assist Client Managers in delivering a first‑class energy service to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support effective client‑management strategies and contribute to overall growth and success.
  • Partner with Property Management’s Sustainability and Commercial functions to help manage and develop a customer‑focused Energy and Utility service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within the utilities sector, or a related field.
  • Comfortable using and interpreting data and working with a number of software systems; excellent IT skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to receive thorough ongoing training.
