Applicant Manager / Residential Sales Team Assistant

Your day-to-day workload will be varied and largely office-based, consisting of arranging viewings, taking property details for market appraisals, registering buyers' requirements, and updating our clients on the progress of their property sales.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for new and existing buyers and clients.
  • Provide marketing support by setting up property files, completing due diligence in line with AML/KYC Savills Policies, coordinating with clients and third-party brochure companies, and organising property previews for the office and viewing teams.
  • Create and maintain applicant files and nurture buyer relationships.
  • Invoicing tasks as required.
  • Contact warm leads via email and telephone (approximately 65% of the role).
  • Update the sales team with potential leads for both active buyers and prospective vendors.
  • Screen potential buyers for suitability.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful manner fitting a Savills representative.
  • Comply with the Savills Code of Conduct and Policies.
  • Coordinate third-party requests such as surveys.
  • Support the Office Manager with reporting and achieving KPIs.
  • Occasional local property viewings.
  • Update solicitors and agents on chain details.

  • Proactive and takes initiative within active applicant management.
  • Detail oriented with meticulous data recording.
  • Strong team player who builds relationships and consults with others.
  • Can work concurrently on multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner, administration, and IT skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Previous sales and/or sales/administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, driven attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Confident in initiating quality conversations to extract relevant information.
  • Full UK driving licence.
