Salary: £27,000 and £1,000 sign on bonus

Locations: Leeds, Petworth

Working out of offices in Leeds, Cambridge and Petworth, the Savills Minerals & Waste Management team is one of the largest specialist teams of its kind in the UK and operates on a national basis, providing specialist advice to landowners, mineral operators, waste management companies, developers and institutional clients. Our services cover the full lifecycle of mineral and waste assets, including acquisitions and disposals, valuations, lease negotiations, estate management and a wide range of consultancy services.

The role will involve a mixture of site‑based and office‑based work. This will include inspecting active quarries and waste management facilities, meeting with landowners and operators, undertaking due diligence enquiries, reviewing planning permissions and tenure documentation, and preparing valuations, reports and client advice. The role will require travel across the UK and Ireland, including occasional overnight stays.

You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme.
