Placement Dates
The placement will be for a duration of one week, from Monday 27th July until Friday 31st July 2026. The placement location will be confirmed at the time of offer, however this will be based in London.

About the Programme
The Savills Apprenticeship Insight programme is open to students in the final year of their A Levels or equivalent, or those who have recently completed their A Level studies. The successful student will spend five days in a Savills office, shadowing one of our apprentices. Our aim is to provide a flavour of the work that Savills apprentices undertake and is a valuable chance to learn more about the property industry and Savills as a business. During the programme, there will be the opportunity to network with other students, current apprentices and directors from across the business.

Accounts – Property Management
This team provides financial and data management services for property owners and corporate occupiers, ensuring efficient and professional administration. Key responsibilities include managing rent and service charges, processing income and payments, and delivering financial reporting, all supported by performance monitoring and risk controls. They work closely with clients as an extension of their teams, using a proven model that combines regional expertise with centralised finance and compliance support. The team operates across all property sectors—such as residential, commercial, retail, and rural—and has nationwide coverage, with offices in major UK cities.

Expenses
This placement will be unpaid but we will expense travel up to £10 a day. You will also receive a voucher for your lunch each day.

Assessment for this programme
Application form (Applications close on Monday 29th June). Successful applicants will be contacted to complete a telephone interview (between Monday 6th July – Friday 10th July). If successful at the telephone interview stage, applicants will be invited to a virtual interview with the team (between Monday 13th July - Friday 17th July).

Entry requirements
Applicants must be at least 16 years old to participate and should either be in the final year of their A Levels or equivalent qualifications, or have recently completed their A Level studies. We’re ideally looking for students in Year 13 or those who have just completed their studies. Applicants must hold GCSE English and Maths, Grade 4 or above. You must be eligible to live, work and remain in the UK, within 1 hour’s commute of the office you are applying to.
