Purpose of the Role
- Maintain the service yard areas and waste compound areas
- Completing daily waste and recycling tasks
- Maintaining safe and clean BOH areas
- Supporting the cleaning team with daily tasks when required
- Fulfil cleaning schedule tasks as directed by management
Key Responsibilities
- Reports to the Duty Manager & Cleaning team leader.
- Work alongside the cleaning team
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests, tenants, and contractors
- Ability to contribute to the team
- Excellent communicator

- Keeping the building FOH & BOH areas clean
- High standards maintained in our yard area
- Driving tug, forklift & road sweeper
- Operating the baling machine
- Operating the waste compactors
- General & food waste compactors
- Operating bin wash machine
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Ensuring that you are proactive
- Prioritising workload
- Communication
- Problem solving and reporting back with any non compliance issues
Working Hours – Full time working hours, 37.5 Hours per week, 06:00 – 14:00, with some evenings required in busy periods. Working 5 days out of 7.
Salary – £12.34 per hour
