Savills Company is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for the Sutton area to manage new applications, viewings, and rent increase processes for Built to Rent apartments. You will act as the first contact for inquiries, ensure compliance with Right to Rent, and work with tenancy progression teams to close deals.
The role is 30 hours per week, with a basic salary up to £24,000 per annum and a discretionary bonus of up to 10%. Commission of up to £10,000 per year is available based on KPIs.
