The role of Marketing Account Executive is to support the Marketing Manager in delivery of the marketing function across Scotland-based retail and leisure destination client accounts. Assisting in the roll out of agreed tactical marketing activity, including the coordination of onsite events and enlivenment, tenant liaison, content creation, writing briefs, and weekly site visits as required. A hybrid working role which will require frequent travel to client site visits along with a mix of office based work and working from home. Edinburgh or Glasgow base preferred, but other locations considered.

Key Responsibilities- Point of contact for site based tenants and head office marketing teams, to include draft and distribution of email communications and regular face to face liaison.
- Support external events and enlivenment agencies to deliver activations agreed by client, including collating H&S documentation, scoping out site requirements and tenant engagement.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering Savills Place service lines; Design, PR, Influencer Campaigns and Paid Media.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering client projects and campaigns on time and within budget.
- Support the Marketing Manager with community outreach as part of client-driven CSR initiatives.
- Capture on-the-ground video and photography to support offsite Marketing Executive in production of relevant and timely social media content on a pre-planned and ad hoc basis.
- Proofing and approval of website, email and social media content as supplied by Marketing Executive.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly client reporting.
- Attend monthly and ad hoc client and tenant meetings alongside the Marketing Manager as required.
- Experience of similar role within a Client or Agency environment.
- Experience of curating video and photography content for online channels, including social media platforms.
- Experience of assisting with event management and delivery.
- Proficiency with content management systems for websites and social media platforms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Willing and able to travel.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties. You will be expected to keep up to date with the changing face of communications and present ideas and strategies to keep the managed accounts as well as Savills Place brand communications up to date and fresh. You will therefore perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
Salary: Competitive, to be discussed at interview stage.
