The Campaigns and Communications Executive plays a key role in the creation and delivery of engaging, high-quality PR and influencer-led content across social media, video, email and web channels. In line with current business priorities, the role is primarily focused on PR and influencer activity, which will account for approximately three days per week. The remaining time will support content creation and management across a portfolio of leisure and retail destinations, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • PR & Media Relations
    • Deliver the PR and influencer service line across relevant accounts.
    • Write and distribute press releases to targeted media contacts.
    • Manage and execute PR activations, including stunts and key campaign moments.
    • Conduct media research, outreach and reporting, ensuring activity is delivered within budget.
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns, including events and activations.
    • Manage influencer relationships, including outreach, booking, briefing, contracts (SLAs), content approvals and reporting.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers to align influencer activity with client objectives.
  • Finance & Budget Support
    • Support the setup of suppliers and influencers, ensuring onboarding processes are completed in line with company procedures.
    • Assist with raising purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate information and timely approvals.
    • Support the tracking and monitoring of campaign budgets and spend, maintaining accurate records and flagging any discrepancies.
    • Provide administrative support to budget planning and forecasting by collating cost information and pipeline updates for PR, influencer and campaign activity.
    • Work closely with the Finance Administrator to ensure all financial processes are followed and maintained effectively.
  • Campaign Support
    • Support Marketing Managers and Account Managers with the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and experiential channels.
    • Contribute to client strategy, bringing creative and commercially focused ideas to the table.
  • New Business & Research
    • Contribute to case studies, pitches and best practice documentation.
    • Carry out competitor analysis and market research to support strategic decision-making.
  • Campaign Delivery & Content Production
    • Deliver integrated digital campaigns across social media and web, including ideation, content creation and execution.
    • Support campaign asset development through briefing and approval processes.
    • Create engaging multi-platform content across key categories (Fashion, Homewares, Gifting, Events).
  • Social Media & Growth
    • Manage social media channels using tools such as Sprout Social.
    • Develop and implement commercially driven social media strategies aligned to wider business objectives.
    • Grow social audiences through engaging, trend-led content, including short-form video (Instagram Reels).
  • Video Content Creation
    • Capture and edit video content in a style aligned with current content creator trends.
    • Stay up to date with emerging trends, creators and formats to continuously evolve content output.
  • Email Marketing
    • Create and distribute email campaigns (e-shots) across multiple client databases.
    • Optimise campaigns to achieve strong engagement metrics, including open and click-through rates.
  • Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & tenants to source and promote news, offers and content.
    • Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Performance & Insight
    • Monitor and analyse campaign and content performance across digital channels.
    • Use insights to refine strategies and improve future campaign effectiveness.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven experience in a marketing, PR or communications role, with a strong focus on editorial, copywriting and campaign delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience managing influencer campaigns, including briefing, liaison, content approval and performance evaluation.
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to produce engaging, accurate and on-brand content across multiple channels.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of how to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and deadlines effectively.
  • A proactive approach, with a keen interest in emerging trends across social media, PR and digital communications.
  • Experience using video editing tools to produce high-quality content for social media channels.
  • Experience using social media management tools, such as Sprout Social (or similar platforms).
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems, such as Mailchimp, including campaign creation and performance tracking.

This job description outlines the principal responsibilities of the role but is not exhaustive. The successful candidate will be expected to stay up to date with the evolving communications landscape and proactively contribute ideas and strategies to ensure that managed accounts, as well as Savills Place brand communications, remain current, engaging and effective. As the role evolves, you will be required to undertake additional duties in line with business needs and your ongoing professional development within the organisation.

Working Hours - 37.5 hours per week. Three days per week in the Manchester city centre office, two from home/site. Travel to client sites required.
