Purpose of the Role

Lead the continuous delivery of the Leaseholder management, Service Charge and Estates Facilities Management across a number of residential assets based in London within the Build-to-Rent (BTR) department.

Full accountability for the financial management of the service charge estates, including budget, accruals, cashflow and reporting.

Ensuring all reactive and scheduled maintenance, operations, Health & Safety and other compliance requirements are met across the assets.

You will be responsible for overseeing all hard/soft services as well as all compliance related matters, taking part in the development and implementation of the wider portfolio strategy.
