Savills is seeking a Lettings Negotiator for 166 Built to Rent apartments at Sienna House. You will act as first contact for new letting applications, arrange viewings, negotiate offers, conduct vetting, and support rent increases while delivering excellent resident service.
Working 30 hours with flexible hours, the role offers a basic salary up to £24,000 per year plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10% and commission up to £10,000 depending on KPIs.
