The Security team at Central Exchange are expected to deliver a high level of security and customer service to all our clients. This role will include supervising other security colleagues. You will be present throughout the day, supporting front of house, conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV, supporting in the management of site-based contractors as well as responding to any incidents on site, and ensuring that other team members are doing so too.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor on-site safety and security.
- Record and report all incidents.
- Respond to all reasonable requests from tenants.
- Control and supervision of contractors.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Managing the site rota.
- Ensuring team training is completed.
- Supporting building manager in any tasks required.
- Supporting area manager in any tasks required.
- Ensuring security compliance on site.
- Maintaining and managing site documents.
- Answer emails & telephones.
The above list is not exclusive; you may be asked to do other tasks delegated by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Valid SIA licence.
- Valid CCTV licence preferable but not essential as training will be given.
- Excellent English language communication, verbal and written.
- Respectful and empathic.
- Customer service skills.
Working Hours - Monday – Friday 0600 - 1800
Salary - £13.06/hr
