To support Management Surveyors in the delivery of high quality property management service for the benefit of Savills clients and occupiers. The Retail Park Regional Facilities Manager is to take a lead role in building effective relationships with all key stakeholders and ensuring the parks are maintained to a high standard to provide a safe and pleasant environment for customers.
Risk management and contractor service is a key activity ensuring full compliance with statutory compliance requirements through regular inspections and audits.
Qualifications:
- NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
- Strong overall experience in a similar environment
Working Hours – Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30 (37.5 hours)
