Purpose of the Role
Security Officers at Ocean Terminal are expected to deliver a high level of Security.
Customer Service to all our customers.
Security officers will assist in the day-to -day running of the centre.
Regular patrols both internally and externally.
Handling any customer enquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor on-site safety and security.
- Record and report all incidents
- Respond to all reasonable requests from tenants including requests for assistance.
- Control and supervision of contractors.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Answer emails & telephones.
- Approving Permits.
- The above list is not an exclusive list you may be asked to do other tasks delegated by Management
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Valid SIA door supervisor licence.
- Valid CCTV Preferable but not essential as training will be given.
- Good Communication verbal and written. Respectful and empathic.
- Customer service.
- Working Hours - 40 hours per week 4 days from 7
- Salary - £12.86 per hour
