Purpose of the Role
To ensure the CCTV of the centre is actively monitored and the centre is kept in a clean and safe manner, which will include monitoring of alarms, ventilation systems and timely answering of the telephones and radio.
Key Responsibilities
- CCTV Monitoring
- Monitoring of intruder alarms and shopalert systems
- Dealing with permits/contractors
- Carrying out first aid if required
- Monitoring of fire alarm
- Check Calls to NOC/staff
- Communicate with staff and public in a professional manner over the phone/radio
- Complete statutory checks as required
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Must have experience of working in a control room. Must hold SIA CCTV and Manned Guarding Badges.
Working Hours
48 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Salary
£13.36 per hour.
