Savills Capital Advisors provides investment banking services alongside real estate market expertise to advise investors, owners and operators on buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity raising, JV structuring, and debt advisory. The team is sector-agnostic and has advised on over £12bn of transactions over the last three years.
This role offers exposure to live transactions, financial modelling, and the preparation of investor-facing materials across all real estate asset classes.
Role Overview
You will work closely with analysts and associates on live mandates, supporting transactions from origination through to closing. The role is fast-paced and analytical, suited to candidates looking to build a strong foundation in real estate capital advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Support in the building of detailed financial models across multiple asset classes
- Assist in the preparation of teasers, information memoranda, pitches and further investor facing materials
- Support transaction execution, including data room management, information request lists and due diligence analysis
- Research different asset classes across the UK and Europe and update internal databases
- Work closely with senior team members engaging with clients, investors and advisors as required
Candidate Profile
- Strong academic background, ideally in real estate, mathematics, economics, engineering or a related discipline
- Excellent quantitative skills with strong Excel proficiency preferred
- Clear interest in real estate, capital markets and corporate finance
- Highly detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working under time pressure
- Personable, intellectually curious and able to independently build strong working relationships both with colleagues and clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working both in a large team and also independently
