Location: New Malden, London (hybrid), minimum two days per fortnight. This is a workshop led role and works best face to face.

You are...

  • Commercially wired. You start with outcomes and value, then work backwards to product decisions.
  • Allergic to waste. If it does not move the business forward, you stop it.
  • Decisive under constraint. You can hold a line when the pressure arrives.
  • A strong facilitator. You run workshops that end with decisions, owners, and next steps, not more workshops. You align people who don't report to you. You make the commercial case for product decisions and bring Sales, CS, and Engineering to a shared view without needing hierarchy to do it.
  • Data fluent. You know how to instrument products, measure adoption, diagnose drop off, and prove impact without hiding behind vanity metrics.
  • AI native. AI is your default workflow, not a bolt-on. You use it across discovery, analysis, prototyping, writing, and decision making. You automate the repetitive and focus your time on judgement, narrative, prioritisation, and shipping value.
  • Comfortable with Lovable. You prototype quickly, share prototypes early, and know the difference between a validation artefact and a build artefact.
  • A builder of teams. You can nurture a small product function and make it meaningfully better, fast.
  • Comfortable in technical conversations. You do not need to code, but you understand trade-offs, sequencing, and delivery reality, including what vertical slice architecture and staged delivery actually mean in practice.

Your experience:

  • You have owned roadmaps in B2B SaaS and shipped product that delivered measurable outcomes.
  • You have strong judgement around prioritisation, value, and customer demand.
  • You have partnered tightly with engineering and can translate ambiguity into buildable plans, working comfortably within staged, gate-driven delivery processes.
  • You have a track record of using AI to materially increase throughput and decision quality: faster discovery, clearer briefs, better experiments, quicker iteration.
  • You are fluent with modern AI tooling and workflows, including tools like Claude, Copilot, and Lovable, and you can teach others how to work the same way.
  • You have a track record of aligning Sales, CS, and Engineering around product decisions without formal authority.
  • You understand AI governance basics: you know that AI output requires human review, that attribution matters, and that AI-generated artefacts are drafts until a named human has signed off.
  • Bonus if you have worked in HR tech, assessment, regulated environments, or any product where trust, defensibility, and scientific credibility matter.
