We are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to own the day-to-day administration, optimisation, and adoption of HubSpot across the business. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our commercial engine. You will sit across Marketing, Sales, Client Success, on direct and indirect sales removing operational blockers, improving data quality, and enabling teams to execute more effectively. This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps or CRM career who wants real ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to grow into a future Revenue Operations Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Administration & Ownership
- Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot across all Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations)
- Manage users, permissions & foundational HubSpot set up and training for new starters
- Manage pipelines, lifecycle stages, custom objects, and properties
- Act as the first line of support for HubSpot questions and issues across teams
- Data Quality, Governance & Reporting
- Maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene across 40,000 contact records
- Monitor data accuracy, duplication, and completeness
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Leadership
- Identify data inconsistencies, recommend & implement practical improvements
- Automation & Process Optimisation
- Build and optimise workflows to support lead routing, lead scoring, deal progression, renewals, and partner activity
- Support pipeline and forecasting accuracy through clean processes and automation
- Continuously improve how HubSpot supports Saville’s sales methodology and GTM motion with a key focus on MEDDICC
- Cross-Functional Enablement
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success leaders to translate commercial requirements into HubSpot solutions
- Support onboarding and training of new users to drive consistent adoption
- Create and maintain clear user guides, documentation, and best-practice standards around ‘what good looks like’
- Integrations & Platform Support
- Support integrations with other platforms (e.g. enrichment tools, partner systems, reporting tools)
- Help ensure smooth data flow and visibility across systems
- Assist with onboarding new business units, regions, or partners into HubSpot
- Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with HubSpot product releases and best practices
- Stay close to HubSpot AI integrations and recommend ways to make the commercial engine more efficient
- Complete HubSpot Academy certifications
- Proactively suggest improvements to tooling, processes, and reporting
Requirements & Key Skills
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub essential)
- Experience building or maintaining workflows and basic automation
- Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data quality
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for commercial teams
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial operations, CRM, marketing ops, or sales ops role
- HubSpot certifications (or working toward them)
- Experience working across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams
- Exposure to a SaaS, B2B, or PE-backed growth environment is a plus
