For 20 years, Savile Row Travel has crafted tailor made journeys for discerning clients: private villa retreats, exclusive beach escapes, once in a lifetime adventures, and luxury cruises. We are growing, we are ambitious, and we are looking for our next great consultant. This is a graduate role for someone at the start of their career who wants to take on real responsibility early. From your first weeks you will be speaking to clients, shaping itineraries, and owning enquiries end to end, supported by a team that has been doing this exceptionally well for two decades.

If you are ambitious, proactive, and genuinely excited by the prospect of selling extraordinary experiences to clients who expect the very best, we would like to hear from you.

What you will do:

  • Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings through a consultative, relationship led approach
  • Design bespoke luxury holidays around each client's tastes, ambitions, and budget
  • Build lasting relationships with high net worth and premium clients
  • Become a genuine expert on the world's best destinations, hotels, and experiences
  • Manage bookings from the first conversation through to the client's return home
  • Work with our suppliers and partners to secure the best access, value, and extras
  • Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the business

What we are looking for:

  • No travel industry experience required. We will teach you the craft. What we cannot teach is drive, and that is what matters most.
  • Drive and urgency. You move quickly, follow up faster, and chase every opportunity. You take ownership without being asked, and you would rather act than wait.
  • A natural with people. You are warm, confident, and easy to trust. You listen well, build rapport quickly, and clients enjoy dealing with you.
  • Curiosity and a love of travel. You are fascinated by what makes a trip exceptional. You ask good questions, you research thoroughly, and you bring ideas of your own.
  • Comfortable with technology. You are confident with modern tools and quick to learn new ones. You use technology to work faster, stay organised, and give clients a smoother, more polished experience.
  • Polish and attention to detail. Luxury lives in the details. You take pride in getting things exactly right, because our clients notice everything.

Our Culture:

  • High standards. Low ego. Real ownership. We care deeply about our clients and our craft. We work at pace, we support one another, and we give honest feedback, so you develop quickly.

Why join Savile Row Travel:

  • A genuine launchpad: real responsibility and client contact from the start
  • Clear progression as the business grows, with the chance to grow alongside it
  • A premium portfolio of products, destinations, and experiences to sell
  • A close, passionate, entrepreneurial team that will back you
  • Competitive salary plus commission and performance incentives, so your effort pays off directly

The practical details:

  • Location: Henley-on-Thames, office based
  • Working pattern: five days per week, including Saturday cover on a rota basis
