We\’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to drive our ambitious growth plans. You\’ll be responsible for driving business growth and profitability, leading a talented team, and building strong relationships with key clients. Drive revenue growth | You\’ll be responsible for smashing new business targets and expanding existing accounts within the competitive FMCG market Lead from the front | As a hands-on sales leader, you\’ll inspire and manage a high-performing team to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results Optimise sales operations | You\’ll streamline processes, champion the use of CRM and reporting systems, and ensure efficient collaboration across departments. You\’ll contribute to strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our continued success in the FMCG space. You excel at building strong and lasting relationships with clients and team members You possess strong commercial acumen and are pragmatic about time investment You are comfortable using technology and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant sales tools. 10+ years of successful sales experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant field ~ Proven ability to lead a sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive performance and achieve goals ~ Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, its dynamics, challenges, and key players ~ Experience in shopper/trade marketing, retail media, personalised marketing, or media commercialisation is highly desirable ~ A strong grasp of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts, with the ability to effectively execute sales processes ~ Hybrid working environment Holiday allowance starting at 25 days (excluding bank holidays) Holiday buy scheme!
