Location: Designate Role - willing to travel to a variety of stores.

Hours per Week: 39 hours.

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, to be discussed further at interview.

Salary: £35,350 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme.

Job Summary: The Store Manager Designate (SMD) is responsible for ensuring store standards are maintained, audit processes followed, and customer service and sales standards are the best on the high street. SMDs act as local leaders, supporting neighbouring stores when business need arises.
