No two days are the same here at Savers, and the ideal Apprentice Retail Sales Assistant has a positive can-do attitude, loves getting involved, and works well as part of a team. You are dedicated to making our customers feel great and leaving them with that Savers smile. You are the hero in-store who ensures our store standards are exemplary. We recognize you as the future leaders of Savers. The role also offers the opportunity to connect with the local community and provide the best deals on the high street.
Your training will take place in-store over the first 12 months, so no college days or homework! At the end of your training, you will discuss your experiences, complete a multiple-choice test, and an observation within your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
