About the Role
Reporting to the Manager on Duty or On-Site Donation Captain at our Kilburn store, you will be responsible for accepting donations (treasures!) on behalf of our not-for-profit partners. You will wow our donors with your gratitude, helping them understand how their donation makes a difference and educating them on the wonderful work of our not-for-profit partners. A typical day might include:
- Greeting donors, thanking them for their donation
- Handling all donations with care and respect
- Educating donors and customers on the work of our not-for-profit partners
- Proudly embracing our purpose to Champion Reuse
- Sharing the Savers story
- Working with your team to make sure you all meet daily production targets
- Supporting our safety culture
About You
To ensure you can hit the ground running, you will have a mix of the following:
- Availability for part-time 12-15 hours per week – Monday to Sunday between 9am - 9pm
- A team player – you love working in a team, and enjoy helping others to meet team goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing or hospitality
