Responsibilities
- To survey sites, complete survey reports and estimate the cost of the job
- To carry out the retrofit installation of various washroom appliances
- To carry out first and second fix plumbing works as required on installation projects
- To carry out maintenance visits to client sites
- To produce engineer reports detailing works carried out
- To manage van stock and keep levels optimal for effective execution of site work
- Out of hours work will be required to suit client sites
Qualifications
- Plumbing industry work (essential)
- Plumbing: the candidate must have successfully completed a plumbing apprenticeship and hold as a minimum a relevant City and Guilds NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years’ post-apprenticeship experience
- Water efficiency work (desirable)
- Building / construction work (desirable)
- JIB CSCS card is preferred although the business will support candidates in applying for this
- Any project management / site supervision experience is preferred
