  • You’re equally comfortable with strategy and execution - you can set the vision and get into the detail of journeys, segments, and reporting.
  • You’re curious about AI tools and see them as a way to work smarter, whether that’s automating template creation, streamlining reporting, or accelerating campaign builds.
  • You have strong data literacy and can define success metrics, run A/B tests, and translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • You’re confident owning cross‑functional relationships and can advocate for CRM's value across Product, Growth, Content, and Insight teams.
  • You have a deep understanding of CRM best practices across deliverability, segmentation, and personalisation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into CRM roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of CRM analytics, including defining success metrics, forecasting, A/B testing, and performance measurement.
  • Experience owning cross‑functional relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on experience building and optimising email campaigns and automations in a modern CRM platform.
  • Strong creative copywriting skills and clear written communication.

Nice‑to‑haves

  • Experience with incrementality testing and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, GA, and Tableau.
  • Experience managing deliverability and list health at scale.

  • Fixed‑term contract: 9‑12 months (maternity cover).
  • Start date: early May 2026.
  • Full‑time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ideate and build emails and automations from scratch, including writing copy and liaising with designers where needed.
  • Own and deliver the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle strategy, nurturing users from registration through their lifetime with a focus on conversion and retention.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in CRM workflows, including exploring how AI tools can streamline campaign builds, content creation, reporting and actionable insights.
  • Own the technical setup of CRM systems (Iterable) and collaborate with Engineering and Data teams as needed.
  • Define, analyse, and report on metrics that demonstrate CRM's impact across the user journey.
  • Own the email calendar, ensuring we maximise seasonal opportunities.
  • Maintain best‑in‑class deliverability and sender reputation.
  • Foster a continuous test and learn culture to optimise performance and generate insights.
  • Lead strategic planning for H1 2027, building on H2 2026 plans.
