de Savary London is seeking an experienced and confident Store Manager to lead our upcoming pop-up store in Chelsea. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is comfortable taking ownership of store operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
Location: Chelsea, London
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary (approximately 6–8 weeks)
Salary: Dependent on Experience (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day store operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
- Manage stock levels, merchandising and inventory organisation
- Maintain high visual and operational standards throughout the store
- Open and close the store independently
- Support pop-up events and activations where required
- Provide regular feedback and insights from customer interactions

- Confident working independently and taking ownership of a retail space
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high footfall
- Passion for premium fashion and luxury customer experiences is desirable
