Our customer service operation supports customers throughout the day, but this particular role is focused on helping cover the later part of our service hours. Typical working hours are around 9:45am to 6:00pm (we may be able to be flexible on this), which can be ideal for those who value a little more flexibility in the morning, whether that's school drop-offs, avoiding the rush hour commute or simply having more time at the start of the day.

Full training provided

We'll teach you everything you need to know about our products, systems and processes. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

A role with purpose

Our products help people stay safe, independent and mobile in their own homes. Every conversation you have can have a meaningful impact on someone's day.

About The Role

  • Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and responding to customer emails
  • Helping customers with installation appointments, service requests and maintenance queries
  • Providing reassurance and support when customers experience issues with mobility equipment
  • Liaising with installers, engineers and colleagues across the business to resolve customer concerns
  • Confirming installation dates and guiding customers through the installation process
  • Completing order entry and associated administration tasks
  • Building positive relationships with customers and representing the business in a professional manner at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • A genuine ability to listen and show empathy
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
  • Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Most importantly, we're looking for people who care about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Working Pattern

  • Based in Guiseley, Leeds
  • Typical hours around 9:45am to 6:00pm
  • Some flexibility around start and finish times may be available
  • You'll be required to work at least 1 Saturday in every 4
  • Additional weekend overtime available for those who want to boost their earnings

Our Vision

Everything we do is built around helping customers maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. We're looking for people who share our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality service and who genuinely care about making a difference.
