Field Service Engineer – Location: South Wales (Cardiff/Newport areas). OTE: £40-50k+. We’re recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join our team, covering Cardiff and the surrounding areas. Training is provided, and prior experience in a traditional engineering background is not required if you have hands-on, practical experience and comfort with tools, faultfinding and independent work. Experience in electrical work, joinery, mechanical tasks or installation-based roles is beneficial.
You will spend your day installing, servicing and repairing our stairlifts in customers' homes. The role emphasizes owning your day, planning your time effectively, delivering a professional customer experience and driving to achieve outcomes. A full, clean driving licence is required as you’ll be travelling within your region, and you’ll take part in a 1 in 4 on-call rota with additional payments for callouts.

- The ability to manage your own time effectively, plan your day and work independently

- Overtime and performance-based pay with a realistic OTE of £45,000 and top performers earning £50,000+
- Base salary £26,000 - £27,000, annual bonus, consistent overtime and on-call opportunities
