Join Savanta’s UK Operations team as an Associate Director within our Agencies/Clariti, Client Service Team on a 9 month Fixed-Term Contract.

About the Role:
This role would be working for our sister brand, Clariti, the Agency for Agencies. We’re a challenger brand looking to make a big impact and innovating heavily in our tech and product offering for clients. Our flexible, consultative approach to project delivery allows our clients to work in a way that suits them. Offering audience access, online survey programming, data dashboard solutions and advanced analytics, Clariti delivers high-quality, reliable data on every project.
We work with some of the world’s best-known agencies and consultancies, including WGSN, EY, Nielsen Sports, Brand Finance, Boxclever and PwC. This role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork.
As an Associate Director in Client Services, you will play a hands-on role in delivering complex, high-quality research projects. You will apply your knowledge, expertise, and analytical skills to support clients in better decision-making. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising staff members to motivate and aid their development.
In this role you’ll:
- Oversee small to medium-sized client relationships and lead the day-to-day management of large projects, specifically online quantitative fieldwork.
- Take full ownership of complex projects, with accountability for end-to-end delivery of high-quality research data collection.
- Champion a client-first approach, ensuring Savanta consistently delivers outstanding service and operational efficiency.
- Drive team improvements by developing new propositions, engaging in marketing activities, and nurturing a positive team culture.
- Play a key role in shaping the future of our Client Service Team and supporting business growth (including Key Account Management and New Business Development).
- Aid the onboarding of new clients with Clariti ways of working proactively working with the Commercial team to ensure service levels are met.
- Support team members in the successful delivery of projects and smooth running of client accounts.
More specifically, the role will also involve:
- Having a consultative approach with clients and internal research teams during project setup, providing guidance.
- Managing and developing staff members.
- Working with the internal programming team in utilising bespoke technology.
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets and costs, and able to raise alerts if there are issues with costs / timings.
About You:
The role is suited to someone with existing agency expertise in market research operations looking to expand their skill set and advance their career.
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of quantitative research methodologies within an agency setting.
- Significant experience in project managing online quantitative market research.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts.

- Experience of industry wide platforms and has been actively involved in development and improvement of the systems.
