We are looking to recruit an experienced Director on a 6 month Fixed‑Term Contract. This role is suitable for a candidate who has worked in the Wealth/HNWI sector within a research agency setting for a number of years.

About the Role
The Wealth team specialises in quantitative & mixed method research with wealthy audiences across different categories, with particular focus on luxury and wealth management sectors. Working with some of the most prestigious brands in the world from famous fashion houses, supercars to private banks, we are trusted partners to our clients, advising them on how to engage, understand and access these niche and valuable audiences. This role offers the opportunity to support clients in a truly consultative manner and is a hands‑on role in the delivery of high‑quality quantitative & mixed method projects, applying your knowledge, expertise, and analytical skills to support clients in better decision‑making.
About You
- You have strong expertise in quantitative & mixed method research methodologies, and success in this role will also require expert working knowledge of luxury and wealth management sectors.
- To fulfil the delivery of high‑quality end‑to‑end primary research projects while being a trusted advisor to clients, the ideal candidate should also have solid expertise in a research capacity and demonstrate a track record of:
- A deep knowledge and experience of conducting core quantitative methodologies and open to embracing new ones (e.g. AI).
- Developing innovative solutions to client briefs and writing proposals for qualitative research projects.
- Ability to design research materials and approaches tailored to diverse client needs.
- Identifying new opportunities and revenue streams, leveraging technology for sustainable partnerships.
- Excellent client relationship management skills; able to articulate and present insights clearly.
- The confidence to challenge established practices, introduce new ideas, and champion technology adoption.
- Natural curiosity and appetite for continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong organisational skills to manage concurrent demands and project timelines.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior colleagues.
- Also comfortable or open to learning how to use a range of tech platforms.
- You will thrive in working in a fast‑paced environment, being able to work autonomously whilst also providing support and leadership for others in the team.
