The Wealth team specialises in qualitative & quantitative research with wealthy audiences across different categories with particular focus on luxury and wealth management sector. They work with some of the most prestigious brands in the world from famous fashion houses to private banks. The team are trusted partners to our clients advising them on how to engage, understand and access these niche and valuable audiences and this role offers the opportunity to support clients in a truly consultative manner.

You will be part of a supportive ambitious team that values learning, knowledge sharing and joint success. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality research and insights for clients within an agency setting. This role offers a great chance for you to develop your career, gain valuable exposure to high profile clients and work across a varied client base delivering high-quality quantitative and qualitative projects.

Day to day you'll typically be involved in 3-5 projects at once working across both luxury brands and wealth management clients with global audiences. Responsibilities include:

  • Taking the lead on smaller qualitative and quantitative projects with support from senior colleagues and input from junior executives.
  • Liaising with clients daily on projects and responding to client requests.
  • Drafting all core research materials from recruitment screeners and discussion guides to questionnaires, tab specs and research reports.
  • Mentoring and supporting other team members.
  • Turning data (quant and qual) into clear stories that answer the client brief.
  • Working with seniors to develop these into draft reports and recommendations.
  • Participating in results presentations to clients.
  • Contributing to team knowledge hubs sharing expertise and industry trends.

About You: You have significant experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies within an agency setting with a desire to try new approaches and learn more. With a flair for designing research with an understanding of research methods and how to utilise them to meet clients' needs. Experienced in developing and nurturing client relationships with the ability to articulate insights to clients. Naturally curious, you will be someone who is always wanting to learn more. You will thrive on variety and challenge and be able to balance competing demands on your time. Having an interest in the luxury and wealth management sector is essential but experience of working with these clients is not. Comfortable or open to learning how to use a range of tech platforms.
