Sales Ledger Assistant (Interim) Location: London (hybrid) Contract: Interim for at least 6 weeks Start Date: ASAP Salary Β£35,000 (converted to a day rate) We are seeking a capable Sales Ledger Assistant to join a large organisation within the education / professional services sector. This role reports to the Transaction Manager, working in a small team. Key duties include: Raise and issue invoices and then reconcile the transactions on where the auto invoicing has failed. It may also require the resolution of discrepancies and sending out copies where required. Raise and issue sales invoices in line with agreed schedules and fee structures Prepare and issue accurate invoice corrections. Issue credit notes for students. Ensure all invoicing tasks are completed within deadlines and logged accurately. Carry our reconciliations on accounts where required. Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments. Provide support regarding statements and account queries. Maintain organized inbox folders and track response times to meet agreed service levels. This role would suit someone with at least a year's accounts experience and a strong work ethic. This is a really friendly team and a good environment to work in.
