Network Automation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Network Automation Tooling Engineer to join an established team delivering network infrastructure separation for a large-scale corporate divestiture programme. You will build and operate automated pipelines, manage the network Single Source of Truth, and deploy new monitoring, observability, and out-of-band management platforms to ensure a clean operational split. Key Responsibilities CI/CD Infrastructure as Code : Build and deploy network configuration changes through automated GitOps pipelines using Terraform for brownfield migrations. Automation Development : Maintain Python-based automation tooling (Nornir, NAPALM, pyATS) and integrate workflows with Nautobot as the single source of truth. Monitoring Observability : Design and build a new SaaS-first monitoring platform (LogicMonitor) while cleaning up, decoupling, and adjusting RBAC on Legacy systems (SolarWinds, ELK). Platform Duplication Split : Duplicate Nautobot microservices and Opengear out-of-band designs into cloud hosting (AWS ECS), removing cross-entity access and integrations. Network Operations : Support RIPE LIR registration activities, including new ASN procurement and prefix migration. Required Skills Experience
