Technical Programme / Project Manager to join a major UK telecommunications organisation, leading a business-critical programme focused on

  • Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6
  • CGNAT and

DS-Lite deployment.

This role requires an experienced telecoms Project or Programme Manager with a strong understanding of

Core IP networking

, large-scale infrastructure delivery and complex transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a major
  • Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6 and

CGNAT DS-Lite deployment programme.

  • Manage the IPv4 project alongside programme oversight for a wider portfolio.
  • Coordinate engineering, wholesale, security, product, commercial and third-party teams.
  • Manage project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and executive reporting.
  • Ensure delivery milestones are achieved in line with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Support the development of operational procedures for Dual Stack and CGNAT DS-Lite services.
  • Extensive experience delivering complex telecommunications infrastructure and network transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of
  • Dual Stack IPv4/IPv6
  • CGNAT and

DS-Lite technologies.

  • Experience delivering projects across
  • Core IP

, mobile, broadband or fibre network environments.

  • Knowledge of IPv4 monetisation, IP networking and network infrastructure.
  • Experience working within large telecommunications or

ISP environments.

  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, including programme reporting and budget management.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and programmes.
  • Knowledge of telecoms security controls, including access management, supply chain risk and network monitoring.
  • Agile delivery experience (SAFe, Scrum or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Confluence and Excel.
