Salesforce Solutions Sales Director London | UK-Based | Full-Time

Our client, a global IT consulting and software development firm, is looking for a sales leader who understands technology deeply and wants real impact. You'll work closely with senior leadership, drive visible UK growth, and have clear scope to expand your influence as the business scales. As a Solutions Sales Director, you'll win new business, own senior client relationships, and shape market strategy in a cloud and Salesforce-focused environment.

The Role:

  • Not a traditional sales position; a technical, consultative seller who bridges architecture and commercial value
  • Own deals end to end, from first contact to close

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new UK logos
  • Build trusted relationships with Salesforce AEs and ecosystem partners
  • Lead discovery sessions and early solution design
  • Influence UK go-to-market strategy
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams

Must Have:

  • Background in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting
  • 8+ years in quota-carrying sales roles
  • Proven success in complex, consultative deals in the UK
