We are seeking a hands-on Google Workspace Migration Specialist to ensure the underlying network does not delay or disrupt Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration . The successful candidate will directly drive three core business outcomes: ensuring a blocker-free technical environment, delivering an exceptional user migration experience, and building internal capability to manage the platform post-launch. Key Responsibilities & Outcomes Technical Readiness & Infrastructure Firewall readiness: implement the Firewall configuration changes required for Google Workspace. Network validation: validate network/Firewall rules and remediate gaps or conflicts. Identity readiness: configure network-dependent identity controls such as IP allow-listing and conditional-access locations. Successful mail cutover: support DNS/MX changes and validate mail flow between the Microsoft and Google environments. Security & compliance: ensure network changes comply with Fifty5Blue security policies and regulatory requirements. Separation alignment: coordinate network changes with the wider Fifty5Blue Separation programme and obtain required sign-offs. Successful UAT/go-live: diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues during testing and migration. Documented environment: provide an auditable record of network and Firewall changes and support knowledge
