The role focuses on three key areas:
- Group Reporting
- Consolidation Support: Monthly group consolidations, intercompany reconciliations, and month-end reporting.
- Prepare management reports, including balance sheet, cash flow, variance analysis, and commentary for senior management.
- Validate financial data from the ERP system and collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reporting packs.
- Statutory, Audit Investor Reporting
- Prepare statutory reporting schedules, disclosures, and reconciliations under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Support technical accounting assessments and documentation for complex transactions.
- Assist with external audits through preparation of audit files and responses to auditor queries.
