My client, a leading Consultancy, is looking for a Genesys WFM Specialist able to consult on the thought process behind Genesys Cloud WFM objects.
Responsibilities
- Discover a customer\’s workforce operation and devise the design of the Genesys Cloud WFM objects.
- Understand Genesys Cloud Routing to consult the customer and the design teams on design guardrails for contact center routing to meet WFM configuration constraints.
- Guide the customer regarding WFM Data Migration, including any data transformation required from their existing platform.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years WFM expertise and extensive experience with Genesys Cloud WFM Objects.
