We're looking for an ambitious finance professional to become a trusted business partner to senior commercial and operational stakeholders, turning financial insight into meaningful business impact.
The role
Working across Finance, Sales, Product Management and Operations, you'll play a key role in driving performance, identifying opportunities and supporting profitable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions and challenge assumptions.

Analysing revenue, margins, profitability, rebates and operating costs.

Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting.

Supporting pricing, investment decisions and commercial initiatives.

Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and smarter reporting.

Supporting junior colleagues while developing your own leadership skills.
What we're looking for

A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.

Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.

Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.

Excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders.

A proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
