Interim Finance Manager for a fast-growing services business.
The Finance Manager will play a key role in managing the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, supporting business planning, and providing financial insight across the organisation.
The role will work closely with operational, commercial, and project teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly accounts, statutory reporting, and audit coordination.
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Oversee operational finance, including AP/AR, billing, and cash flow management.
- Provide financial oversight for project budgets and infrastructure investments.
- Optimise finance systems and internal processes for reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide financial insights.

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong Excel skills.
