About the Role
Our client, a leading biotechnology organisation, is running a global program to upgrade legacy laboratory and instrument-connected systems to Windows 11. The Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and validation of upgrades across validated lab PCs, instrument workstations, and OT endpoints, ensuring compliance with GxP/GMP/CSV requirements and minimal disruption to critical lab operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global roll-out of Windows 11 upgrades for validated lab and instrument systems.
- Assess current estate, identify end-of-life devices, and prioritise remediation.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and re-qualification for each device or instrument.
- Develop repeatable processes for imaging, deployment, validation, and handover.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain data integrity throughout upgrades.
- Collaborate with labs, QA/QC, global IT, vendors, and stakeholders to manage timelines, costs, and expectations.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing Windows migrations in validated lab or OT environments.
